Trevor Bowen-Cross, Extended Schools Manager is currently looking into re-starting The Business Academy Bexley Holiday Club.
We would like to establish how much interest there would be in such a holiday scheme.
- It will run from 26 July for 3 weeks until 13 August
- A range of activities based at The Business Academy will be available mondays, tuesdays, wednesdays and fridays: football skills academy style, basketball, trampolining, arts and crafts and street art, a fashion show, the climbing wall, mc and dj masterclasses and street dance workshops
- Each thursday will feature a trip: Stubbers Adventure Centre and Madame Tussauds, bowling and to the cinema.
- There will be 40 places available on a first come first served basis
- It will be open from 9am - 4.00pm each day
- There will be a club for Secondary age students
- Priority will be given to Academy students - however places may be offered to other Bexley children if spaces are still available
- Students must sign up for a minimum of 1 week up to the maximum – 15 days
- Breakfast will be provided but parents and carers must supply a packed lunch daily
- There may be a small charge of £10 per week to cover the costs of the trips offered; however financial support is available to make this a completely free opportunity. An application form for this will need to be completed.
Students will be able to sign up for the club during their lunchtimes on 16th, 17th and 18th June
